Amflo began taking care of our mum last year, attending twice a day to provide mum with personal care and administering medications, whilst also assisting and encouraging her to be as independent as possible.
There have been frequent alterations to mum’s medications and Florence has always updated MARS charts immediately.
Both mum and ourselves have always found the whole team to be compassionate, professional, attentive and completely trustworthy. Any concerns regarding mum have been communicated to us promptly, giving us complete confidence that she is in safe hands and receiving the best of care.
Following mum’s discharge from a recent stay in hospital, her care needs required additional visits, including two carers attending each call. AMFLO immediately put this into effect - the transition has been seamless.
Mum looks forward to their calls, the whole team have a cheering effect on her, brightening her day.
